Entry Times
12 PM - VIP entry.
Our VIP line begins at 11:30AM, and beer will begin pouring at 12PM.
1 PM - General Admission
We'll begin processing the GA line with wristbands and ID checks at 12:45.
General admission entry begins right at 1 PM.
Glassware Pickup
We have designed some incredible glassware for you to take with you in commemoration of this year’s Burnpile. It will be issued to you upon entry of the festival grounds. Please keep this safely and securely on you during your time at the event, as all festival pours will be served in your glass. We will have water stations available to rinse your glass or fill your water bottle.

Getting Here
All arrivals should navigate to 35 London Rd, Asheville, NC 28803
Parking
We do not have parking on the street or on our property for Burnpile. There is very limited parking at Ferguson’s on London Rd across from the property which should be reserved for Designated Drivers and those with disabilities. We will have a parking attendant for the first part of the event helping direct people.
If you do park in the Ferguson Parking Lot, please ensure your car is moved by 6AM Monday 10/17 or it will be towed.
Public transit
Bus S1 from the downtown Transit Station (entrances on Asheland Ave and Coxe Ave) will bring you close to Forestry Camp. You can park near our taproom on Collier and walk up! There are also a lot of other bus stops around downtown for the S1. This quick bus ride stops at the corner of Shady and London- runs until 10:30PM- It only costs $1!
uber/lyft/rideshare
There is a significant shortage of ride share drivers in the Greater Asheville area. While we don’t want to discourage their use in any way, but want to call this to your attention to plan in advance. Please note that we highly advise using either a Designated Driver, arranging for safe and reliable transportation by someone not partaking in the festivities or the above listed public transit option. This is a beer festival where you will receive unlimited pours, so we urge you for your own safety to enjoy responsibly.
Food Vendors
Food from the Chefs at Burial Forestry Camp and the Grey Eagle Taqueria will be available for purchase at Burnpile.
VIP Ticket Holders receive a complimentary meal ticket redeemable at the Forestry Camp kitchen.
Health + Safety
There will be no vaccination or negative test requirements to enter Burnpile. By attending the event, guests understand that there is some degree of risk of exposure to COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all risks related to public exposure.
Burnpile is an outdoor event held in the City of Asheville, North Carolina. Policies and procedures are subject to change in accordance with City of Asheville guidelines. Should the City of Asheville policies change between now and October, details of any necessary measures will be communicated as early as possible and will be shared on the event website and Burial social media channels.
If you are feeling sick or test positive for COVID-19, please STAY HOME. Let’s help keep each other safe & healthy.
We’ll have an EMT on site. Please find someone in a Burial staff event shirt if you need assistance.

We want to provide a safe, supportive space for our guests and staff members at all times, and Burnpile is no exception. As we come together in community to enjoy music and beer, we wanted to share our code of conduct.
- Speak to staff and other guests respectfully
- Monitor level of alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of yourself and others
- Be kind to others- no racial slurs; no derogatory commentary to others
- Voice concerns in a constructive manner
Do not deface property - Do not climb, jump, run or engage in any physical activities that might put oneself in danger
- Do not open outside beer or food on property
- Do not become physically threatening or engage in unwanted physical touch

Yes, Concert Goer ticket holders may upgrade to General Admission the day of the event. Concert Goers will have access to a Burial Can and wine bar where they can purchase individual cans and pours of wine but will not have access to the full tasting experience of 50+ breweries. VIP tickets must be purchased in advance so we can plan appropriately for the included beers and merch.
You can purchase individual Burial cans and pours of wine to consume at the festival for an additional cost. Items at the Burial Can and Wine bar are not included in your ticket price.
Definitely. We’ll have several NA beers and non-alcoholic options at our can and wine bar.
